We offer shipping Australia wide and to New Zealand:

AU Regular shipping is:

To States: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS

  • A$9.95 on orders A$0-A$49.99,
  • A$12.95 orders A$50-A$78.99,
  • Free on orders over A$79.

To States: WA and NT

  • A$11 on orders A$0-A$49.99,
  • A$15 on orders A$50-A$98.99,
  • Free on orders over A$99.

AU Express shipping is A$15.95 (A$17.95 to WA and NT). (Size and weight limits apply. Oversized cartons may have additional charges. We do not send bulk orders via Express).

NZ Regular shipping is A$19.99.

NZ Express shipping is A$24.99 (Up to 3kg. Orders exceeding this weight will have additional charges).

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Free shipping is offered on orders over AU $79 only through regular post Australia national services. Please note, this offer excludes Western Australia (WA) and the Northern Territory (NT).

Free shipping to WA and NT is offered on orders over AU $99.

We generally dispatch items in 1-2 business days. Bulk orders may take 1-2 weeks. No items would be handed to post during weekend and public holidays. Some orders may be delivered in more than one package due to different warehouse locations or special order.

Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as such assurances are not provided by Australia Post or our courier services. The majority of orders will be delivered early or within the estimated time frame, however carrier delays can occur.

If your items are required within a week of ordering, please consider choosing “Express Post” services to ensure you have your order in time.

Regular post (Australia) estimated between 2-8 business days (longer for rural areas).
Express post (Australia) estimated between 1-4 business days (longer for rural areas).
Regular post (New Zealand) estimated between 8-20 business days (longer for rural areas).
Express post (New Zealand) estimated between 7-10 business days (longer for rural areas).

Delivery dates or times indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. Over 90% of orders will be delivered early or within the estimated time frame, however carrier delays can occur and, therefore, your non-receipt of ordered goods within the estimated delivery time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive an immediate refund. If needed, late parcels can be returned for a refund under our change of mind refund policy.
